Chef Ben is a world traveled, self-taught Chef. He got his start cooking for the artists of Seattle and the music elite of the Grunge era. Touring all over the world, Ben experienced many different cuisines and had the privilege of discovering a love of unique ingredients. Seattle born and missing the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Chef Ben settled down locally and started Bad Ass Catering. Specializing in music hospitality and private events, Ben has catered for the entertainment elite. Making the best of every event and remembering that it is about the whole experience, Chef takes care of the guests like family. Experimentation of flavors and exciting cuisine is only the start of what he can do. Come and experience old world hospitality and the amazing flavors he can put together. If you’re really lucky you will hear some good stories too.
